Solvang 2020 has been cancelled due to covid 19

It is with great regret that I had to cancel our Solvang Veteranentreffen 16 show. With the Covid-19 virus not getting any better and Santa Barbara County on the state's watchlist, it just didn't make sense.

The Golden Gate Chapter (GGC) of the Vintage Volkswagen Club of America will be sponsoring the 16th Solvang VW Veteranentreffen Weekend on Saturday September 26th in Solvang, CA.

Date : September 26th 2020

Saturday will be the car show and swap meet held at the Santa Ines' Mission located at 1760 Mission Drive in Solvang from 8 am to 3 pm. The car show is for 1967 and earlier air-cooled VWs.

Saturday evening there will be a RESERVATIONS-ONLY dinner at the Pea Soup Andersen's Restaurant in Buellton. For dinner reservations call (408) 683-0154 after 7pm NO LATER than Sunday, September 6th. Please arrive at 6:30 pm with dinner at 7:30 pm.

The host hotel is the King Frederik Inn in Solvang where security will be provided.
